Our Story
REO Professional Services is a family-owned renovation and home repair company founded by Felix Castro, with more than 15 years of experience serving homeowners and property professionals across Central Florida. The idea was simple and hasn't changed: quote the work honestly, do it properly, communicate clearly, and finish what we start. That's how we've grown — by word of mouth, from one Central Florida neighborhood to the next.
From our office on West Sand Lake Road in Orlando, we work within roughly a 21-mile radius — Winter Park, Lake Mary, Avalon Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Horizon West, Winter Garden, Clermont, Celebration, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Hunters Creek, plus the fast-growing communities along the Narcoossee corridor, Northeast St. Cloud, Sunbridge and Weslyn Park.
We work with homeowners updating a house they plan to stay in, Realtors who need an inspection punch list cleared before closing, and property managers turning a unit around between tenants. Different clients, same standard — one coordinated crew, a scope in writing, and a project you don't have to manage yourself. Spanish-speaking support is available on request.
